We are located in the middle of the old town, less than 100 meters far from the golden roof and therefore also in the middle of the pedestrian zone. The old town is only accessible between 06:00 and 10:30 a.m. in the morning by your car. During that time you can load and unload your luggage in front of the hotel. After that, only cabs are allowed in the pedestrian zone.
However, parking is easy at the discounted rate of € 15,00 per day in the “Altstadtgarage”- only 400 meters away from the hotel. The address of the garage is: Innrain 4, 6020 Innsbruck. A reservation in advance is not necessary. Just pull a ticket at the entrance and come to the reception with it. The bill will be paid at the hotel. Please note: the garage does not have an elevator.
We are an ancient house, but high-speed WI-FI is, of course, available free of charge.
Our reception is occupied 24/7 and will be happy to fulfill you all your wishes during your stay.
From 07:00 - 11:00 a.m. there is a delicious breakfast buffet with all kinds of regional delicacies. In the evening we spoil you with small snacks to our fancy drinks.
Some of our rooms have a sofa bed, which can be used for an additional adult or two small children. Please note that there is a small fee for this service:
- children 4 - 15 years - € 40 plus € 15 for breakfast
- from 16 years € 70 plus € 23 for breakfast
Baby cribs are available for our guests free of charge. Just let us know beforehand!
Your room is ready for check in from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to check out by 11 a.m. Late check out is also no problem though. Just ask our reception team.
Whoever reserves a room at Weisses Kreuz will end up on the 6th floor: bar, reception, breakfast - this is where the heart beats. And of course, we don't make you walk 6 floors. So yes, there is an elevator.
You are welcome to store your luggage safely with us. Just let our reception team know. They will take care of it.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a laundry service. However the laundry service "Die Altstadtwäscherei", which is located less than 5 minutes from the hotel, will clean your favorite items professionally.
There is a lot to discover in Innsbruck. Mountain or city? Both is possible! Yes, you read that right. You can easily go hiking, skiing or take the cable car up to the Hafelekar and enjoy a fantastic panoramic view at 2,300 meters above sea level. Afterwards, perhaps a visit at the Imperial Palace, one of the Tyrolean provincial museums or the Alpine Zoo? And in the evening a fine dinner in the best restaurants of the city. The train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by foot. If the luggage exceeds your forces, you can go by public transport and a much shorter walk of less than 5 minutes. If this is still too much effort for you, we will gladly order a cab for you. They are allowed to drive in front of the hotel at any time of the day. To the airport you can get within 15 minutes by the bus line "F". Nothing is far in Innsbruck.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
