Because the good is so close

The breakfast

We pay maximum attention to the most important meal of the day. As far as possible, we offer products that we know where and from whom they come. Unusual for a city hotel, but that's just how we are. The eggs come from Matthias' roaming hens, ham and bacon from the young farmer Manuel, honey from Markus, yoghurt from the Seeber family, and so on - well, you have to have good neighbours.

For the sake of the environment, people and animals, we don't have a buffet kilometres long. Nevertheless, nothing is missing. We not only know the history of every single product that lands on your breakfast table, but also the people behind it. Chef Brigitte conjures up fresh dishes every day and the egg dishes are prepared à la minute. Forget about the fully automatic coffee machines that you find in all the other hotels in town; here, of course, the coffee is made by a barista. This is the best way to start the day.

"The breakfast is certainly the best in town and beyond. The farmer's ham is freshly cut, the curd strudel is warm, the orange press is quiet, the strawberries are of the best quality. The boss says this is her passion. I say: this is a temptation you have to follow."
Christoph Engel

"The excellent breakfast is taken on the 6th floor with a magnificent view of the mountains and Innsbruck."
Guido Vegas

"The breakfast then completely won us over! In addition to the buffet, they bring you omelettes, pancakes, Tyrolean ham and and and... The coffee, which is certainly the most important thing for everyone in the morning, tastes excellent! You can choose between a cappuccino, a latte macchiato or simply an espresso, everything is freshly prepared. Breakfast is on the 6th floor and we got a wonderful table with a romantic view of the mountains."
Sabrina Böhmler

"When we stay in Innsbruck, it's only at the Altstadthotel Weißes Kreuz. The welcome is so warm, the rooms very tastefully furnished and clean. The breakfast is fantastic, there is more emphasis on organic food. Delicious smoothies are served at the table. The staff is so warm and nice. You feel warmly welcomed from the very beginning!"
